A new experiment: I have completely removed my build tool. It’s just me and HTML now.

I‘ve had an itch for a while to dump hugo and just go straight html… and I‘ve finally done it. You can see in the repo for this website.

No more hugo, no more build tool, no more having to deal with new versions, deprecations, weird shortcodes, weird markdown things…

I created this page in a PR, added it to the /posts index, to the homepage recent links, and to the rss feed.

My intention is to build up some custom elements to help build new pages more quickly. We‘ll see how that goes. For now, this isn‘t too bad.
